Each box exports to its own printable Excel row. Long descriptions must fit the original sheet’s print area.
Employee time
Check who worked, then enter regular hours, overtime hours and rates. All names and rates are editable.
Materials Brought Out & Equipment
Both sides match the original Excel sheet. Every equipment row has a catalog dropdown (CUSTOM first). Material units × price and equipment hours × rate update immediately.
The original Excel template allows 17 rows on each side. STRATA will warn you if you exceed its capacity. All equipment names and rates export even at zero hours.
Invoice totals
OT rate starts at $0.00 for each employee and can be edited individually.
Demo records save separately for Boss 1 and Boss 2 in this browser. This is NOT secure account isolation. Export a backup before clearing browser data or changing phones. Excel export fills a fresh copy of the original workbook, preserving its formatting, images, column widths and formulas. Keep all website files together. PDF uses Android's Print → Save as PDF.
